What this notice covers
This notice covers the website connectify.no. The processing of accounting data in the Connectify platform itself is governed by the agreement and the data processing agreement with each customer.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we ask for:
- Name — to address you in our reply
- E-mail address — to reply to your enquiry and send a confirmation
- Company (optional) — to understand who the enquiry concerns
- Phone number (optional) — to call you if you wish
- Subject and message — to understand the enquiry
How we process the data
The details from the contact form are sent as an e-mail to our mailbox, and a confirmation is sent to you. The website itself stores nothing.
- The details are not stored in any database on the website.
- The e-mail is sent through Microsoft's cloud services and handled in our Microsoft 365 environment.
- Your IP address is used temporarily to limit abuse of the contact form. It is held in server memory only and deleted automatically within fifteen minutes.
Legal basis
The processing is based on GDPR Article 6(1)(f) – legitimate interest. Our legitimate interest is to receive and answer enquiries from people who contact us themselves.
Cookies
The website uses only strictly necessary cookies:
- .AspNetCore.Culture — Remembers your language choice (Norwegian/English). Set only when you actively switch language.
- .AspNetCore.Antiforgery — Security cookie that protects the contact form against forged submissions. Strictly necessary.
We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party tracking tools.
Third parties
The website is hosted within the EEA. E-mail from the contact form is sent and received through Microsoft's cloud services; Microsoft processes the data as our data processor.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access – to know which data we hold about you
- rectification – to have incorrect data corrected
- erasure – to have data about you deleted
- object to the processing
- complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) if you believe we process your data unlawfully
