What Connectify is

Connectify is an integration platform sharpened for accounting data. The platform receives sales and voucher data from POS systems, web shops and business systems, checks and translates them according to each customer's setup, and books them in the customer's accounting system – usually as drafts the bookkeeper approves.

What we do best is the road from sales to accounting: sales, invoices and settlements that have to be booked correctly, with VAT and customer ledger. The people behind Connectify have long experience from both accounting and retail. But the platform in the middle – the checks, the traceability and the protection against double booking – is not limited to accounting data.

Independent ownership

Connectify is owned by Connectify AS alone – not by an accounting firm and not by a system vendor. That means a customer can change accountant, and a firm can bring its clients along, without touching the integration.

The ownership can be verified by anyone in the public registers.

Operations and security

The platform is Norwegian software with a Norwegian user interface, hosted within the EEA. Access is managed per firm, customer group and company, and credentials for the accounting systems are stored encrypted.
